Position: PhD-stud. at the Dept. of Neuroscience, University of Cagliari, Italy

About me
I am passionate about the study of plants and people. My Master’s research took me to the beautiful Shaxi valley in Southwest China where I studied incense plant use of the local population. Following my graduation I worked as a Research Officer in herbal quality control. My responsibilities included the identification of materia medica, the maintenance of internal product monographs as well as the review of monographs to be published in the European Pharmacopoeia. As PhD student at the University of Cagliari I wish to study medicinal plant use in European history and beyond.
